PRIDE shut out Exeter University

PRIDE shut out Exeter University

After an awful defensive performance against Swansea the week before this was far more like the PRIDE with a shutout against Exeter University. The offense also got back on track against the Demons on their way to a 48- victory. The offense was also back to business as normal with big plays being made by Baio, Imbimbo, McCluskey and Eldewieh thanks to the arms of Stitt and Webb. Defensively the team welcomed back defensive back Onamade from international duty and young defensive back Cassidy was now really starting to make an impact into the team with some great open field tackles.

̶This was far better today from our guys today. The defense is starting to find its grove now and the tackling was far better than last week. On offense we are very lucky to have such a solid offensive line upfront protecting our passers. Still far to many penalties and missed opportunities with dropped balls though. Lots to improve on” – Coach Herod
